The controls of Point & Click games are very mouse friendly because you only have to carefully look at the scenery at hand. Once you found something that interests you, you point at it and click. You will be able to interact with the object. Some games do that very good so you even don't need the RMB to reach all the possible actions. Stasis does this very good. Others require you to use two mouse buttons and/or the wheel. Even click-dragging can be required as it is in Please, Don't Touch Anything.

Examples for Point & Click games are the acclaimed Deponia or Beneath a Steel Sky.
